Lady gamers can hijack their kids’ consoles for exercise

yoga Hey ladies, if your kids got a Wii for the holidays – that’s Nintendo’s latest high-tech video-gaming system, for the uninitiated – you no doubt know about all the games out there for kids, tweens, teens and guys. We’re talking interactive Hannah Montana, Pokemon and NFL football. Then there’s hard rock for Guitar Hero and the dazzle of "Star Wars" and auto racing and SpongeBob and his square pants.

But guess what? Nintendo designed some games lady gamers can love, too. In fact, Best Buy stores have repeatedly held Wii open houses just for us, hoping to sell to a rich, untapped new market.

Check out the list (these are suitable for everyone) and you could hijack your kids’ gaming console to get a jump on your annual New Year’s resolution to get fit:
